    Tuscan farro

Posted by Carol Hayden on 19th Feb 2021

My all time favourite grain - and very difficult to get hold of. Great for a spinach, leek and kale spelotto, and with prawns and borlotti beans. I've just ordered another 3 bags and made Giorgio Locatini's spelt bread using this grain and your spelt flour. The texture wasn't quite right but the taste was magnificent. Good job I've got enough to have another go! Molte grazie.
