V73 - 60 day sprouting turnip top. Mid-early variety used to make the famous pasta dish 'Orecchiette e Cima di Rapa'. This is a rustic plant that produces many tender sprouting broccoli florets as the "quarantina", but takes 60 days. It is said the longer the variety, the better the quality.

I had high hopes of this but sadly they barely germinated, became very straggly and grew thin and tough.like eating wire.i pulled it all up
