Lemon jam is a delicious preserve with which can give a different touch to snacks and breakfasts. Lemons are rich in vitamin C and have a very fragrant peel. This jam is excellent for tarts, biscuits and baked desserts, especially when combined with custard. It goes well with cheeses such as fresh pecorino and mountain cheeses. 82% fruit* These jams BURST with flavour. If you can taste a region, then it is in this product. They are outstanding in that they specialise in Clementines, oranges, bergamot and lemon and of course, liquorice and it is the heat of Calabria and the oustanding varieties that make them so sweet and tasty.
