Apricot jam is part of the classic jams and this one has a delicate flavor. It is excellent for breakfast on rusks or as a filling for cakes and pies. It goes deliciously with cheeses such as Piedmontese toma or Roccaverano toma, cow or fresh pecorino cheeses, squacquerone or casatella.
