G2a approximatey 17 heads of Italian red garlic platted up to a value of 1Kg. A wonderful red garlic for planting from Oct - Apr and harvesting Jun - end Aug. Red garlic tends to be a little sweeter. Soft neck variety.
Sow 5cm down in a sunny spot and a fist apart.
Hardneck Garlic – produce a flowering stem, tend to originate from colder climates, and often have a stronger flavour.
Softneck Garlic – don’t produce a flowering stem, originate from warmer climates, tend to store well.
