Origin: A perennial plant with long and dark green upright chive-like filiform leaves, with a strong flavour. Easy to grow, it's also pefect to attract pollinators.
Use: The chopped leaves can be use fresh to flavour many dishes. Expecially good with potato salad.
Properties: The leaves have stimulating and cleansing properties.
