A true classic
This condiment is a true classic Italian ingredient, I cannot imagine roasted potatoes without this mix. I use it on all sorts of vegetables and it's great with celeriac and sweet potatoes.

Spinkle the potatoes half way through cooking whether roasting, grilling, saute, wedges or chipped potatoes. Use 1 table spoon of seasoning per 1kg of potatoes.
