This is a perennial plant that can be sow from March to June. The leaves can be used about 2 months after the sowing. This plant is grate with meant, fish and vegetable. You can use the leaves also to add taste to bread and biscuits and for some spirits. Great added to trout or salmon cooked in foil in the oven with some butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
