*Heritage variety*
G1. 'Venetian White'. Soft Neck. A small-regional mid sized white garlic with excellent flavour, a variety that will prosper in the cold and store well when lifted. Pack of 3 with attractive packaging. Sow 8 cm apart and 5 cm deep from Oct-Apr, and harvest Jun-end Aug.
Hardneck Garlic – produce a flowering stem, tend to originate from colder climates, and often have a stronger flavour.
Softneck Garlic – don’t produce a flowering stem, originate from warmer climates, tend to store well.
