Tigullio's Ricotta, truffle and Black Pepper sauce is a beautifully balanced and tasty sauce that accompanies pasta perfectly, which combines the delicacy of fresh ricotta with the strong flavour of Italian black truffle, enhanced by a touch of black pepper. Discover this tasty novelty to give a special touch to your dishes. Made by the well known and quality Italian company Tigullio which has been making pasta sauces for decades and is known for their well thought out combinations which come from all over Italy. To enjoy all the flavor of Tigullio Ricotta, Truffle and Black Pepper, just add a little salt to the pasta cooking water and use a spoon to dilute each portion of the sauce before mixing it with the pasta. Store at room temperature. After opening, it should be kept in the refrigerator for no more than 5 days, adding olive oil. Ingredients:
