Calabria has some of the sweetest red onions in the world. This local producer made this amazing high fruit jam which is brilliant to eat with cold meats or cheeses, with roasted veg or even just spread on hot toast.
It comes in a stylish glass jar, amazing to surprise guest during a dinner.

Ingredients:
Red Onion (78%), Sugar, Wine Vinegar, Salt.
Once opened, keep in the fridge.
The sweetness of red onion is deliciously combined with cheeses, both fresh and with medium or long aging, and is also excellent on meat.
