Fava beans help with weight loss, are a huge source of iron and provide plenty of vitamin B1.
Instructions for use:
The product should be cooked before use: when opening the package, visually inspect for any foreign objects, then soak the product in fresh water for approximately 30 minutes before cooking. Once soaked, rinse and cook in plenty of water over low heat.

The product should be stored in a cool, dry place at a temperature between approximately 15-20°C and 50-60% humidity.
Keep away from heat and sunlight. Minimum shelf life (expiry date) 18 months. It will last beyond the expiration date if stored properly.
