Levoni are a quality brand from Mantova and this is the best quality Salame we supply *NEW* from October 2026. So fresh that the skin has not yet dried completely to remove it easily! The flavour is sublime, this is a real winner for us in a competitive market, but there is just no competition. Previously I would have said that the Felino was the best and it is up there if you want a more mature salame to slice thinly. Del Po though should be cut rustically, thicker, even wonky works.
