Rigamonti stainless steel pastry board
From Rigamonti since 1946 this food prep pastry board comes with an antislip transluscent silicone pad 100mm diam. and is made of 0.8mm thick Stainless steel work surface (AISI 304). The surface is ideal for making dough or preparing pastry on, is heat resistant when resting pans, non pourous, hygenic and odor resistant.

Remove the protective film when using for the first time. Place the silicone pad between the counter surface and the underside of the board in the centre. The board has a convenient lip that holds it steady across the leading edge of your counter, along with the non slip silicone pad. Please note that scratches and scuffs will build up over time and to avoid deep cut marks its best to use a chopping board seperately for chopping dense items. After use wash under running water using mild detergent and dry thoroughly.
