Made with Polypropylene with a tempered and rectified stainless blade. The disc is made of carbonitrided and ground steel. Polypropylene is recyclable, has no toxic waste, no toxic emission, no halogens and no flourocarbens so it is low impact on the environment.
Really easy to disassemble for cleaning purpose.
