Rigamonti Ice crusher for Granita - Recyclable
This manual ice crusher is sturdy enough to get the minimum result with the minimum effort and to make delicious Italian 'Granita' (crushed ice with flavoured syrups).
It has a non-slip container with suction cups and can be entirely disassembled. Dishwasher safe.
Use it to prepare cocktails, Italian granita, smoothies and iced coffee, but also to serve on raw fish, sushi, oysters atc.
