G2a approximately 12 heads of Italian red garlic plaited up to a value of 1Kg. A wonderful garlic for planting from Oct - Apr and harvesting Jun - end Aug. White garlic is the more traditional with a robust flavour which enhances meals. Over 70% of garlic in the UK has come from the Far East but this is excellent quality Italian flavoursome garlic. Soft neck variety.
Sow 5cm down in a sunny spot and a fist apart.
Softneck Garlic – doesn’t produce a flowering stem, originates from warmer climates, tends to store well.
