Sold in set of 4 bulbs (about 300gr). Sow from Oct-Apr.
French garlic is the most renowned and my mum still tells me stories when she was young in London with the French garlic and onion sellers coming on their bikes to sell their wares. Very high quality, rustic, well balanced and it will enrich any dish it is used in.
Hardneck Garlic – produce a flowering stem, tend to originate from colder climates, and often have a stronger flavour.
Softneck Garlic – don’t produce a flowering stem, originate from warmer climates, tend to store well.
