DeCecco Mafaldine 500g
Mafakdine pasta are long wide ribbons of pasta with characteristic wavy edges on both sides which make it great for holding sauces. This pasta shape was originally named in honour of Princess Mafalda of Savoy. Try with Neapolitan ragù & ricotta, fish and seafood, cheese sauces, with a slow-braised rich ragu Bolognese, or with pan-fried wild mushrooms and cream. Mafaldine pasta is 26cm long and 1.4cm wide.
Durum wheat semolina. May contain traces of soy and mustard
