Recipe for Making a Cake:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a bowl, combine:
- the contents of the package,
- 2 whole eggs,
- 60 g softened butter,
- 100 ml water (about 10 tablespoons),
- ½ packet of baking powder.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan approximately 18 cm (7 inches) in diameter and bake for 25–30 minutes at 180°C.
Serve with a generous dusting of powdered sugar.
Recipe for Making Cookies
* Beat the whites of 2 eggs until stiff.
Add the contents of the package and mix well.
Shape the cookies as desired or use previously well-greased molds.
Bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 20 minutes.
Enjoy the cookies with tea, herbal infusions, hot chocolate, or sweet wines such as Vin Santo and Passito.
Store in a cool, dry place.
