Almond "Mandorle" Biscuit mix from Borghini 300g

For biscuits and cakes with no gluten and only made with natural ingredients and 47% almond flour, sugar, mais starch and 3% almond kernels. A big hit with the children, but also makes a refined Italian cake. 300g mix. *Gluten Free* This product is essentially an Italian almond cake/cookie mix, made primarily from sweet almond flour with a small amount of bitter almond flour for a stronger almond flavor.

Almond Flour Mix

Recipe for Making a Cake:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add:

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 60 g softened butter
  • 100 ml water (about 10 tablespoons)
  • ½ packet of baking powder

Mix everything thoroughly.

Pour the mixture into a buttered baking pan about 18 cm (7 inches) in diameter and bake for 25–30 minutes at 180°C.

Serve with a generous dusting of powdered sugar.

 

Recipe for Making Cookies:

*Beat the whites of 2 eggs until stiff.

Add the contents of the package and mix thoroughly.

Shape the cookies as desired or use well-greased cookie molds.

Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes.

Enjoy the cookies with tea, herbal tea, hot chocolate, or sweet wines such as Vin Santo and Passito.

For people with celiac disease, choose products specifically certified as suitable.

    This is a great way to have freshly baked traditional Italian almond biscuits. Perfect every time and so easy to make.
