Early variety. Rustic large leafed with smooth rounded light green leaves. NOt pick the leaf if you want to have the flowers. Pick the fresh flowers just before use. Cleaning them in cold water. Do not use chemical products during their cultivation.
Beautiful blue colour, pleasant bitter flavour. Risotto, salads.
Sow in Spring and summer.
