To produce our Yellowfin Tuna Slices, for over 100 years we have chosen the finest quality tuna and we process it completely in Italy, in the Maierato (VV) plant, in all its phases, following a tradition that is centuries old in our Calabria.After steaming the tuna, we choose the best fillets one by one and put them into jars again by hand, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.Then we season them for a long time, to guarantee you that intense and inimitable flavour.
The tuna raw material is processed in Italy from tuna of EU and non-EU origin or from the FAO fishing area indicated on the package.
