Aceto Pedroni 'Invecchiato' PGI Balsamic Vinegar 250ml
The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Pedroni Vecchio is obtained by blending together high quality
cooked grape must and natural wine vinegar. The blend is then aged in high-quality oak wood
barrels, for over three years. The long ageing allows the balsamic to concentrate naturally, by
evaporation, resulting in an extremely round and balanced taste. Best paired with gourmet salads,
all kind of meats and cheese.
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep brown colour, viscous and bright. Intense and delicate scent,
persistent. Smooth acidity with woody notes. Balanced, full -bodied taste,
round with typical acidity.
