Aceto Pedroni 'Claudio' DOP Balsamic Vinegar 100ml
The selection Claudio is inspired by the Family’s battery (which is also named Claudio). Thanks to the barrels made of cherry-wood, it develops a kind of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale Extravecchio which features both the acidulous and the sweet and the velvety nuances typical of fruit. A home-made vanilla ice-cream or a fresh strawberry salad with an Extravecchio Claudio seasoning are a perfect combination in a hot summer day.
