Vin5 - A mid-late variety, Radicchio Chicory Tonda of Verona is prized for its compact head and its meaty leaves. The white stalks are crisp, juicy and tender and give freshness to the palette. This variety distinguishes itself to its resistance to cold weather improving its flavour and is thus the ideal vegetable to grow for autumn and winter harvests giving you fresh leaves in the coldest of months.
Sow: from April - end Sept and harvest June - end of December.
