Without preservatives, naturally boiled, they come from our fields, in Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Sicily, Sardinia, Puglia. The ingredients are: chickpeas, water, salt, ascorbic acid.

Valfrutta chick peas, small jar
Really really useful little jar of delicious, fat, soft chickpeas. The big jars are good value but you have to use them up quickly and I frequently only want a small quantity.
