The traditional pasta of Liguria eaten exclusively with pesto as the folds will hold the delicious basil flakes. Also served with some cubes of boiled peeled potatoes which will turn green as they soak up that basil oil and green beans to add freshness, this is the classic Ligurian way to serve pesto. If you use spaghetti which is smooth, you just end up with the pesto at the bottom of the bowl! 500g.
