These charming colour raised plant tags are 3D printed in the UK using plant based bioplastics made from crops (rather than fossil fuels) and make the ideal gift for yourself or the veggie grower in your life. At 14.7cm tall, they are perfect for the potting shed and then can move out to the plot. Designed for everyday use, the colour will not fade and will give you years of use.
They produce lower greenhouse gases during manufacture and PLA does not release harmful chemicals and yet are tough and durable enough for products like plant markers, packaging and even medical implants, PLA is designed to eventually and harmlessly break down (I’ve had mine in the garden for at least 5 years and they are great!), but won’t sit in landfill for hundreds of years if discarded.
Using Industrial composting, they break back down into natural elements - Water, CO2 and biomass and leave no toxic residues, only natural compounds.
