DURUM WHEAT EGG PASTA WITH MUSHROOM FILLING.
Legend has it that the Tortellino was born from the imagination of an innkeeper, who saw the navel of Venus, a quest of his inn, while peeking at her through the keyhole, and was inspired to make a filled pasta with a characteristic shape.. Pagani Tortellini can always be easily stored out of the fridge until expiration date, thanks to a drying progress that does not employ preservatives.
Ingredients: Pasta (72%): durum
wheat semolina, barn eggs (19.4% of pasta). Filling (28%): breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt), ricotta (29.5% of the filling) (milk, milk whey, salt), sunflower oil, flavourings, salt, porcinı mushroom powder (Boletus Edulls and related group) (3% of the filling), spices.
May contain traces of soy and mustard.
Semolina origin: EU & non-EU. Store at room temperature away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.
Cooking: Pour the Tortellini into slightly salted water (1.5L x 100 g of product) just before it starts boiling. Cook for about 14 minutes.
