Enjoy the long, flat strands of this pasta, named for “lingue,” or tongues in Italian. Serve it with a seafood, lobster, prawn or a simple sauce of extra virgin olive oil garlic, and Parmigiano Reggiano, Fabulous dressed with grilled vegetables, wild boar... or a classic tomato and basil.
