For those who do not like candied fruit, Maina has created the seasonal panettone without the candid citrus peel but left in the suculant sultanas. Soft dough, naturally leavened for more than two days with Sourdough and sweet sultanas.
INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour - Sultanas - Butter - Sugar - Fresh egg yolk - Natural yeast 7.2% (Wheat flour, Water) - Invert Sugar - Emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids (of vegetal origin) - Whole fresh pasteurized milk 0.7% - Salt - Natural flavours. May contain nuts and soya.
