Artisan soft amaretti in 3 flavours - Candied Taggiascan olive 40%, Sassello Lavender 1.5% or Lemon 16% soft amaretti by Ghiglione of Dolcedo Liguria. They happen to be Gluuten Free as well because they are traditionally made using almond flour (See ingredients below) and these are exclusive to Seeds of Italy, a unique gift. Made with few simple ingredients - sugar, egg whites almonds and apricot kernals, expertly worked to create these exquisite soft amaretti. Order now whilst stocks last. 

AMARETTI WITH CANDIED TAGGIASCA
OLIVES (green wrapping).
INGREDIENTS Sugar - Almonds 22% - Apricot almonds 16% - Candied pitted Taggiasca olives 11.50% - (Taggiasca “Italia”
olives 40% - Sugar, Glucose syrup) - Egg white. Preservative: Potassium sorbate. May contain traces of other dried nuts and sulphites.

LEMON AMARETTI (Yellow wrapping)
INGREDIENTS Apricot almonds 43% - Sugar - Lemon preparation 16% (glucose-fructose syrup), apple puree 24%, sugar -
ground lemon peel 6% - concentrated lemon juice 1%. Gelling agent: pectin with tetrasodium diphosphate,
potassium sorbate and sulfur dioxide, flavourings: coloring E101) – EGG white – Almonds 2% Flavouring. Preservative potassium sorbate.

SOFT AMARETTI WITH LAVENDER SCENT (lilac wrapping)
INGREDIENTS Sugar - apricot almonds 48% - EGG white - Sassello lavender flowers 1.5% - lavender essential oil. Preservative: potassium sorbate.
