Ligurian Olive Leaf Tea. 2 cups per day are sufficient - one cup contains about 80mg of flavonoids. In part tradition, in part innovation, made with one ingredient, the ancient Olive tree from Liguria.
Prep - per 200ml of cold water put 1 Tbsp of the tea in a pan. Bring to a boil, cut the heat and let it steep for about 10 mins. Should be enjoyed cold, seived and sweetened to taste in the summer months.
