Meraviglia di Venezia beans
I purchased several packs of different climbing beans from this company and unfortunately, these were the only type for which I had zero results for germination. I sowed them originally in a root trainer propagator but they didn't germinate. Then I tried soaking some beans in water overnight and then putting them between damp tissue paper. Neither method produced plants. The other types of beans from this company that were sown at the same time all germinated.

Ariosto (fish)
Made pollock edible - gave it some taste. Livened up a bit of farmed salmon. Added it to a crumb topping on a fish pie. Any other ideas please?

Meraviglia Beans
Loved these so much. My husband only likes Runner beans - yellow runners who'd a thunk! Got a pack for my sister - a connoisseur of beans - we will see.

Cornetti Meraviglia Di Venezia flat yellow climbing bean
A lovely meaty bean that never goes tough or stringy, not quite as prolific as ordinary runner beans, but really tasty
