Is it a book about cookery, gardening or Paolo's family history? Whichever, I strongly recommend it. Not particularly vegetarian friendly (quite a bit of seafood and some meat) but don't let that put you off.
For years you've been begging us to write about our amazing historical regional veg varieties and here it is, now in paperback. It covers all the Italian veg from the seed to the plate on how to grow, harvest, prep, cook and eat each variety. With about 30 signed recipes from the likes of Giorgio Locatelli and HFW to 65 family recipes handed down through my family to make sure you get the most out of your Italian ingredients, from the seed to the plate.
