Pasta Mista originated in Campania and was a way to use up all the different left over pasta shapes by putting them all in one packet. They are mostly used in minestrone and soups, but can be eaten with sauce. Hard to find in the shops.... could be either Divella or Rummo brand due to difficulty in supply at the moment.
