These delicious biscuits, occhio di bue, also called bull's-eye biscuits, are classic Italian shortcrust pastry desserts wrapped around a filling of gianduia (chocolate cream). The biscuits are prepared in the traditional way with the best raw materials and wheat. They are made by overlapping two biscuits, one of which is drilled in the centre to leave space for the delicious chocolate. Ideal to enjoy in the afternoon with a lovely cup of tea or coffee.
