Grappa is one of the most well known of Italian spirits and is made of the 'mosto' or 'must' (what is left after making the wine, skin, stalks, pips and pulp) is distilled. Because of the unique flavour of different grape varieties and the provenance and terroir, each grappa is as unique as each wine.
This grappa characterized by sweet fruity notes of and tobacco and is aged in French Barrique wine oak barrels from Limoges, hence the dark colour of the liquor and the unique flavour.
This single-varietal grappa, produced exclusively from Greco di Tufo, Campagna, Italy.
Distilled with continuous vacuum method to preserve the aromas. Alcohol 40%
