STRAWBERRY ATTILA: A new creeping variety of Alpine Strawberry. The plants which are very vigorous, produce long runners up to 1.5 metres. The oval, red aromatic fruits will appear on the mother plant and on the runners 3-4 months after sowing. The plants flower and fruit until Autumn and are highly recommended for baskets, containers and hanging baskets placed 1.5m high.
It is recommended to sow the seeds when the temperature is around 20-25c and germination will occur after 14-20 days. When the plants have 4-5 leaves, they are ready for transplanting, 30cm apart.
