Saffron for making "Risotto al zafferano.Milanese" and many other dishes. 300mg total. Saffron is reaped from the stigma of Crocus sativus linnaeus. Harvest is in Autumn and it's completely hand made. Each stigma is carefully selected and finely ground. Brand may vary.
150,000 flowers are needed to make just 1kg of saffron!! 3 sachets of 0.15g each.
