This cool mandolin slices in 5 different thickinesses and grates too.
It is made with stainless steel and food safe polypropylene, it also includes a finger guard. Ideal for slicing very thinly, vegetables, truffles, fruits and for grating carrots etc.
Polypropylene is recyclable, has no toxic waste, no toxic emission, no halogens and no flourocarbens so it is low impact on the environment.
