Lovely pasta , easy to cook, with a slight lemon taste to it. It goes very well with seafood.

Fresh and refreshing. Slice a couple of banana shallots, fry until sofy , add 150ml of lemon juice, a couple of handfuls of peas, soften. Season, salt, pepper, a couple of pinches of Japanese Shichimi Togarashi.Then 150ml of double cream and mix. Beautiful
