This is just lovely, so flavoursome. We had it just spread on good bread. We also used it as a pasta sauce, really enjoyed it and will be buying it again and again :)
Add to pasta (with a little of the pasta water to thin it out), to risotto, on brushetta and eat with polenta. 32% Porcini mushroom, corn oil, water, 4% white Borchii truffle, 1% salt. Produced in Aqualagna.
