Organic Radish Gaudry Punta Bianca SHORT DATE " 06/2025
This is an organic early variety that produces bright red spherical roots with white tip. The radish are tasty, tender but chruncy. Very slow to bolt and to go woody.
The taste is quite peppery and lovely with a little salted butter applied. Avoid summer heat to stop them hollowing out and becoming woody.

To be sown from March to September and harvest from May to November.
