The Ragù Funghi Salsiccia e Datterini is made with 100% Italian pork , high quality field and porcini mushrooms and with pepper extract to enhance the spiciness of the sausages. In this ragù, the natural sweetness of the Datterino tomato harmonizes with the flavour of the sausages, giving together with the mushrooms the characteristic flavour of the Mountain Ragù .
