Delicious borlotti beans
These borlotti are really lovely (not cannellini as shown in the photo). It's really good to know that they are grown in Italy (many supermarket beans have no country of origin on the packet which makes me suspicious). After soaking overnight these beans cooked surprisingly quickly so they must be nice and fresh.
