Such an amazing cheese, Grana Padano DOP is aged for a minimum of 8 months and coming from the Po River Valley, it is Italy's most produced cheese using about a quarter of Italy's milk supplies! Both Parmesan Reggiano and Grana have those lovely crystaline texture and Grana has a lower fat content being made with partially skimmed fresh raw Italian milk and has a soft buttery texture.
