V15 - Full name of this variety is Kitajsko Zelje Pe-Tsai.
About 30cms tall, forms an upright, tightly wrapped head with light green serrated, veined leaves. It starts to grow in a similar way to an open lettuce but will become upright and before harvesting the leaves will close to form the recognized shape of Chinese cabbage.
Can be eaten raw or cooked.
