Real Italian saffron for making "Risotto al zafferano" and many other dishes. 390mg total. Saffron is reap by Crocus sativus linnaeus stigmas. Harvest is in Autumn and it's completly hand made. Each stigma is carefully selected and grind in the Ariosto Factory.
150,000 flowers are needed to make just 1kg of saffron!! 3 sachets of 130mg each.
